COEXISTING ON THE CAMPSITE
First of all, the entire Pierre Verte team wishes you a successful progressive lockdown exit.
The campsite La «PIERRE VERTE» has planned as an opening date the 13th June with the implementation of specific actions (progressive opening of infrastructures – to reach a “normal” status in July) as well as a dedicated «Health Charter ».
I’m pleased to announce that by now you can book again in total peace and without committment preferably on our website www.campinglapierreverte.com by selecting ‘ bank transfer’ as a mean of payment,- not credit card. A confirmation of your optional stay will be sent to you and as soon as the opening date is confirmed. Then we will come back to you for validating it. We understand that you might feel apprehensive about booking a future holiday right now. We fully appreciate the need to give you the freedom to be flexible with any booking you make during this time. So we have put in place the « LIBERTY PASS » : « BOOK NOW & PAY LATER » !
Maintenance Service :
To give you peace of mind, we’d like to reassure you that all our staff are more determined than ever to implement all the necessary health measures to ensure the quality of your next stay and the safety of all holidaysmakers. In order to respectuffly stick on government measures, there is some chance – accorging to the evolution of the situation and the up-to -date governmental incentives – that we are not able, on the 13th June, to make sure the client gets the best of our services : bar, restaurant, entertainment… but we remain confident.
We are working hard on setting up a new entertainment program comforming to this new situation as well as a new organisation of the aquatic parks (swimming pool & laguna) for this summer.
In addition we have been forced to take the following health and safety measures
- Strict application of « barrier gestures », safety and health regulation by our staff.
- Reinforced cleaning and disinfection of rental units after each stay.
- Enhanced cleaning and disinfection of all public areas of the campsite, including sanitary facilities
- Provide our customers with disinfection products at the main reception and in all the living areas of the campsite
- Plexiglass shield placed at the reception desk.
Booking Department :
Our site is currently experiencing very high call volumes. To help us dealing with your inquiries as quickly as possible, we recommend, where possible, that you communicate with the campsite by e-mail : email@example.com
We are working as quickly as possible to contact everyone affected, prioritising customers due to stay with us on or before 12th June 2020. We really appreciate your patience. In case of cancellation request , we’re sure you’re keen to find out what this means for you. You’ll find all the information you need to know below :
If you booked through a third party, you should contact them directly, as their conditions around changes and cancellations may differ.
For any cancellation made by the customers or by the campsite due to COVID -19 :
- If you are due to come between 4th April and 22nd May :
You should have received an e-mail from us, with a « Credit Note » (VOUCHER) for the full value
of any payments made to date – this credit note is valid for 18 months, and can be used to pay partly or fully a new stay in 2020 on our campsite.
- If you are due to come between 23d May and 12th June :
We are currently dealing with these files. You should receive in the coming days by e-mail a Credit note (VOUCHER) for the full value of any payments made to date ( cancellation insurance deducted ) – this credit note is valid for 18 months, and can be used to pay partly or fully a new
stay in 2020 on our campsite. In both cases , you will be able to contact us and validate your new booking once the opening
date is confirmed.
- If you are due to come between 13th June & 15th September
The campsite should be open in proper conditions to welcome you !
Nevertheless any cancellation for personal convenience (Example : Fear related to COVID-19) cannot be invoked as a reason for cancellation and is not covered by the campsite insurance Though it twill not entitle you to a refund but we will find a solution for each of our customer.

While waiting for the new measures at the end of May, I advise you to be patient because these files are not priority and the situation evolves again and again and you will always have the opportunity to cancel your stay.
In case of a stay cancelled for legitimate reason:
In case your cancellation is justified by a legitimate reason (Serious illness, serious accident or death, aggravation of a chronic or pre-existing disease, economic dismissal or contractual breakdown, the cancellation or modification of the dates of your paid leave or that of your common-law or legal spouse imposed by your employer for the period concerned…) preventing you from staying with us on the dates reserved, in these specific cases a request by letter in A/R must be sent to the campsite with the supporting documents (medical certificate, employer’s certificate, etc.) and will entitle to a refund of the deposit, deduction of booking fees and cancellation insurance.
